Ishta phala

Ishta phala kasta phala ,represents amount of happiness that planet gives during s its dasa. sometimes people tend to sigh at the end of a dasa , it was a good period or i almost lost everything …… etc due to ishta and kashta phala. however shadbala gives quantum of each effect that planet gives as a yoga . in one psot on strengths i have even sown calculations demonstrating this, the net result in a chart rashi divisional is shubha pankti X shadbala , so if a planet is paramaneecha then shubha pankti is 0 thus 0 X shadbala = 0 thus no good result whatsoever be strength. but ashubh pankti is 60 so 60 X shadbala is ashubha. neecha planet aspecting neecha is like near and dear deserting after a mishap. however three neecha planet is raj yoga. also if th eneecha planets two are sixth and eighth lords then also one will get rajya.

Kapat yogas

other kapat yogas are 4th lord with saturn and rahu aspected by malefics
eigth lord in fourth with another malefic ;
kshanmatra kapat yoga: sun or waining moon in the fourth
nishkapat yoga : if benefic rashi is fourth aspected by benefics
2.fourth lord in uchcha swaksetra
3. fourth lord in vishesha amsa or swanavamsha

Pratah smaran shlokas

Pativrata smaranam is the age old tradition among the Pratah smaran vidhi prescribed in pancharatra. These are morning prayers found in all the books of shloka describing the duties of man after he gets up from the bed.

Anekajeeva vada


Is there only one soul or many souls in this creation. There is a section of philosophy which believes in presence of only one soul.Let us examine it.
If there is only one soul , then it must be assuming many rupas[bodies] .As we see many people in this world. However each person is different and has his own experiences. If all but only one soul exists in all these bodies then the experience in each of them should have been known to others as well. This is not seen in the practical world .
If we accept many soul [aneka jeeva vada] , then we can safely conclude that each has his own experience.
Are these souls equal?
Had they been equal , they should have all undergone similar experiences and consequences in their lives. very fact that these have varied experiences and reactions, shows souls are different from each other.
Also these souls are not independent as each is struggling to overcome grief and yet finds himself bound by a situation[samsara]. Who is responsible for it? Thus we have to accept that there is a higher being than souls who controls , binds and relieves these souls.
This higher being is known as Parmatma ,distinctly different from Atma.

Sankranti

Sankranti is traversing of the sun from one sign to another ,it happens every month. But Makar sankranti is important and popular for
1. Lord Narayana wakes up from his yoganidra on this day.
2. It is summer solistice [uttarayana]
3. Just as we have day and night in 24 hours , so does There is day and night in Devalokas , but here a day is equivalent to our 360 days . So their sunrise begins at Makar Sankranti and evening at Karaka sankranti[dakshinayana].
This day is auspicious for shedding our sins . Thus Til snana ,til bhakshana ,til dana ,til homa, til tarpana ,til deepa naivedya Shad til karma is performed .til absolves sins quickly.

Any karma gives 10000 times more results .

Vashikarana

Vashikarana does not mean controlling people against their wishes , let me explain through an example .
suppose three people boy A boy B and girl C are working in an office . All the three have an idea , they present it to their boss .
Boy A goes and puts forward his idea , boss rejects it .
Boy B goes to the boss and explains in detail with powerpoint presentation ,boss is impressed and accepts the idea.
Girl C at her attractive best , gives a smile and pushes forward a pile of notes on the idea, boss goes through it almost hypnotically accepts it without a second thought.

Boy B had better vashikaran than A , Girl C had successful vashikarana on the boss , in all the cases boss did not act against his wishes or he was not controlled , he accepted voluntarily . But for the boys it was vashikaranna.

Marriage

Marriage is just one among many of series of happiness or miseries that man undergoes in life . Type of marriage determines the type of progeny, unconventional marraiges give spritually less developed children. This in the long run puts a stop to giving tushti to ancestors and hence accumulates papa . Those who betray women , or have many wives and at the same time illtreat one of the wives 2. those who hurt in parents , kill or terrorrise these end up having unconeventional marraiges that end in disaster in the next life.
When happiness is destined and fulcrum of life is better conjugal life then also god gives Gandharva between equally [guni] pairs.
There is difference between anuraaga and moha . Moha is defined as wanting that which is not yours , anuraaga is natural towards which is yours , you dont strive for it , you don’t fear losing it , Moha always creates unrest in the mind . Unfortunately english language is short of words , love marriage out of moha is due to Papa of the past karma , love marraige due to anuraaga is due to Punya of past karma.
papa is defines as parpeedanam , punya is defined as that which brings happiness to many and is of beneficience to many.


Marriages happen out of karma only , what type of marriage one undergoes [there are eight types of marriages] determines the amount of punya that one gives to his number of ancestors, [every karma that we do ,its consequences will be experienced by our ancestors[pitru] and also by those who will be born as sons and grandsons . first four types of marriages give punya to 21 ,11 ,7,3 ancestors . Fourth is gandharva marriage [this should not be confused with intercaste/religion marriage] ,this does not yield any punya . the other three gives papa rather than punya due to marrige.
When there is complete union of mind [ chittanukulya] whether before or after marriage is purely predestined and karma. But this is natural to the enlightened souls.

1] Husband and wife relation is a natural relation . As I have stated in the blogs ,Souls have gender, Male or female ,God is bothe male and female. being husband and wife is eternal even in Moksha, wife gets moksha as her husband gets Moksha , till then wife has to wait in Lakshmi loka . To maintain this balance ,husbands’ half punya is given to wife ,and a wife does not share his sins.
Everytime same pair becomes wife and husband , sometimes this gets disturbed on account of sins , to get restored ,it takes seven births .But Lakshmi Vishnu Sarstwati Bramha ,Bharati and vayu never get disturbed even in avataras.
Married life keeps changing as per the punya we have accumulated , those who pray Krishna with white ,flowers sweet smelling ,then one gets beautiful wife , if not then no such things etc.
after crores of births in animal bodies one gets a human birth if one sins then he goes back again in the cycle of animals. so one must not misuse human birth .

How does SriRaghavendra swamy fulfills the desires

SriRaghavendra Gurusarvabhouma

SriRaghavendra swamy fulfills the desires of the devotee instantly.

1.How are desires fulfilled?

2.There are so many saints and others who are also known for fulfilling desires. what is difference in these and Sri Raghavendra Swamy?

3.What is the extra benefit that is assured in following SriRaghavendra Swamy?

Desires are fulfilled with the aid of Punya.
Punya has to be operating when desires occur in our mind ,then they get fulfilled . We say ” I was lucky i got everything I desired
If you dont have punya then options left are

1.You kill your desires ,resorting to vedanta or some other kind of udaseenata.
2.Else you strive for it with hard work
you undertake upasana/vrata etc
3. You simply request your elders[capable] to get it for you.

The type of punya acquired determines the quality of enjoyments .

>There are so many saints ,why only SriRaghavendra ?
As discussed earlier type and quality of enjoyments is of paramount importance.
when we pray /approach some saint/devata/babas/etc these saints…/…. etc can grant us a boon in two ways

1.their prayer should entitle us to accumulation of Punya or gaining of merits
or these saints should be capable of creating it for us.
2.the accumulation can occur only when such pooja prayer is ordained in vedas puranas and the saint/devata etc are PuranaPurusha.
ie Strotras and suktas of devatas in Vedas give by themselves enormous punya to the self.
Most of the babas are not mentioned in purana or veda.

such babas can give results by giving their punya [if at all they have some]
or by magic[it can vary from indrajal to maya to bhuta vidya]

Yogis give punya by siddhi [ animaadi etc]

On the whole a saint has to give it from his pocket/balance etc.

That he should have acquired some merits himself.
This he must have acquired in his previous births only.

That means if he was an ordinary person in his previous birth his punya would have been ordinary and thus the results that one gets after getting this punya will also be ordinary .

Sometimes these punyas would have been tainted with some papa [on account of sinister intention ] , so we are also destined to get some grief on account of this sinister intention. If this is really big then you are actually inviting unhappiness in exchange for a small desire fulfillment. [ a great risk].

No person is perfect and hence his punya will not be perfect , thus desires fulfilled by these imperfect souls[babas] will also end in disappointments after a little wishful moments.
however ignorant of the cause and out of greed of fulfilment ,you again and again revisit the same baba ,lifelong. and your list of woes become unending and repetitive .You get caught into a vicious circle of mixed happiness[ you keep circling in samsara by the grace of menial babas /saints]

These are Rajas Saints as per Bhagavadgeeta

When such meetings always bring unhappiness and misfortunes then know for sure ,you are in the company of Tamas saints.

******** Sri Raghavendra swamy was earlier Prahlad [he is Purana Purusha].Praying him will give both natural punya as ordained by Shastras and at the same time , The saint himself has promised instant punya from his account .

What is the quality of Punya [ done by Prahalad].

Prahalad is the only bhakta who has never asked anything from the God. He is a true bhakta , whose bhakti is totally desireless. hence his punya is a pure one. Unmixed one. Such pure bhakti gives pure punya . This pure punya fulfills all desires to the complete satisfaction.

ordinary punya exhausts after it has been enjoyed.

Pure punya gives rise to enjoyments that leads to more Pure punya.

Thus with Sriraghavendra swamy you are assured of happiness[ desires getting fulfilled without any side effects or diminishing quality].They will never bring misfortunes , unhappiness or craving for more . It will full satisfying and complete.

To elaborate more , I shall narrate a story.

Once there was a tree which fulfilled all the wishes for those who took shelter under it. A peasant came by and took shelter under the tree in a scorching sun.He wished ” ah how nice it would be to have excellent shade covering my head to escape the sun. ” Instantly there was a shade .

after sometimes peasant desired ” ah how nice it would be if i had brought some meals along to enjoy in this shade” instantly there was a five course meals laid down before him .” He had a good meal and suddenly he thought his wishes are getting fulfilled instantly ,he looked around and there was nothing.

So he wished again to test whether he is dreaming or is it for real ” how nice it would be if i had a cot to sit on ” instantly a cot appeared . ” ah how about a cool breeze” thus flowed cool breeze and peasant dozed off .

After a good nap , he got up and suddenly a thought occurred ” i am alone in this forest under this tree , what if a ghost comes by !” instantly a ghost appears . ” what if this kills me !!! ” it kills him .

These are the qualities of kalpavriksha that can be seen in the world .

But SriRaghavendra swamy is such a Kalpavriksha who doesn’t fulfill the desires which are harmful to the devotee. Infact he does not even allow such disastrous thoughts cross the minds of his devotee . He constantly guides them to unmixed happiness helping them with his own punya where one falls short of . There will not be an iota of unhappiness once you are a ardent devotee of SriRaghavendra swamy .
Appanacharya says ” asukham kinchana” , unhappiness is on account of miseries , these never touch devotees of Raghavendra swamy .

[ but then you may be unhappy because of absence of happiness, absence of misery is okay but what about absence of sukha , this can also be a unhappiness.]

so he uses ” asukham ” that means even such absence of happiness will also not be there . that means one will be ever happy . “Natra samshaya” do not doubt this .

what’s additional benefit ?

Kamalanatho prasadodayat . In this world Only Vishnu can assure a Moksha for the devotees and No other deities can give Moksha . But by the grace of Narsimha , Prahalad has been granted a boon of recommending Moksha to his followers. Thus he can assure Moksha for all of us.

SaKshi Hayasyotra hi . These words told by appanacharya bear the testimony and sanction of Lord Hayagreeva himself .

Note: It is very difficult to achieve Moksha , one must learn all the shastras by heart , must have analysed them [its easy to know them but difficult to understand], test them and then one start his sadhana ,keeping unattached to all the karmas ,vighna,and helplessness towards miseries that occur in this world and in future births again and again.

even after learning all the shastras the real understanding of LOrd is rarely possible as this mind is very fickle and it wavers . even if we manage all these ,It is very rare that God will remain in the heart forever[state of samadhi] , the process becomes an exhaustive exercise, and sometimes we wonder why at-all all this ,cant there be a one step phenomena towards Moksha.

SriRaghavendra swamy is the only saint who has come down to simplify this whole exercise to a n enjoyable outing on this earth in this birth and yet another in the Vaikuntha.

All we need to do is like a good child who trusts none but his parents and sticks his tiny plam towards the little finger of his parents and he is assured he is not going to get lost.

Oh SriRaghavendra Gurusarvabhouma , i the child of this tatvavada lineage hold your finger , and I know when the doors of the Vaikuntha opens You will be the first to be let in , you never leave the hand of those who have faith in you ,like a child i would also follow you to Vaikuntha by the grace of Bharathi ramana mukhyapranantargata sri Lakshmi Narsimha .

srikrishnarpanamastu

retrogression

Retrogression gives an additional of 60 points[virupas].just as an exaltation gets 60 points. so naturally planet is strong.[not three times] .x+60~=3x . as far as result is concerned ,
|| vakrinastu mahavirya papa vyasanda shubha rajyaprada.||
that means a malefic retrograde will bring repeated misfortunes , and benefics will give success. there is no authentic source on neechbhanga. neecha planet gives neecha phala only but owing to retrogression , opportunities will flow towards native.

RETROGRESSION INDICATES LEVEL OF JANMAS PAST IN REAPING AN EFFECT . BENEFICS GIVE RAJYOGA AMD MALEFICS GIVE AIMLESS WANDER


Sir
you said that a malefic retrograde will bring repeated misfortunes , and benefics will give success. Does the same retrograde principle hold true for lords of good houses (1,2,3,4,5,7,9,10,11) and lords of evil houses(6,8,12)?

when considering retrogression ,only natural maleficence etc is seen ,lordship is not seen. however in prashna retrogression of seventh lord is seen for some questions .

mantras

Mantras are not discussed or written down . even a mantra if chanted is seen by others ,its effect is shared , thus people use lonely desrted places to chant mantras. Best mantras are those whose rishi and devata both are Narayana.[antaryami rushi] . Such mantras are not known to ordinary people

This is the way mantras are declared . there cannot be elaborate lucid discussion on mantras. it is a secret science meant to be secret. mantra means that which is secret. all those that are public ,do not give results.on the contrary bring troubles

MAntra should be prayed wihout sound to get highest results , with sound only heard by self, it is medium, audible to all , it is less effective . a shloka can be recited 10 27 54 108 times as per capacity. 

Why did Rama kill Vaali?

Vaali sugreeva were brothers . Vaali was incarnation of Indra , Sugreeva ,of Surya. Sugreeva sought help of Rama to finish Vaali. After tests by Sugreeva ,Rama sent Sugreeva to Fight Vaali.

Fisrt time HE did not kill Vaali.
Sugreeva came back .
Rama assured to kill ,put a garland to him.
Vali was killed from behind by Rama.
Philosophy.

why did Rama not kill him first time ?
Rama is God ,therefore thinking he did not recognise Vaali ,is untenable. When two brothers are at loggerheads ,they usually go to any extent in fight. But once revenge is over , There is sudden surge of brotherhood . and subsequent repentance[this is the nature of blood relation].Thus one must never interfere in a brotherly squabble.Chances are they unite and treat you as an outsider and even abuse you for instigating enmity.One must always give a chance to such reversal of mindset.

Rama spared Vali for the first time to bring such reversal of mindset towards his brother.

2. Why did he kill Vaali?

Vali had taken away wealth ,wife and belongings of his brother without any fault of his. So he was liable for punishment. Ram was a Kshatriya Chakravarti King and he had moral right [as a duty] to end Vaali’s life .

3. Why did he kill from behind and not in a straight war.

what Vali had done ,renders him into the category of Mrugas[animals] , Kings don’t wage war against animals , they hunt them or kill them as a disturbance for forest life.

Tatva:

Vali was Indra , he had natural Bhakti towards Rama , more than Sugreeva. Had Rama befronted him, he would have immediately asked forgivance and Rama would be compelled to leave him alive.

But crime of Vali was he had taken birth to serve Rama and in the flow of arrogance of power and might due to boons and strength , he forgot his duty [purpose of Birth] and befriended Ravana. Also he hurt Sugreeva [a devotee] , More importantly He was standing in a camp against Hanuman. Sugreeva on the contrary had befriended Hanuman and was under his guidance.

God only sides with the one who sides with Hanuman[Vayu]. HE does not prefer to see the face of those who go against Hanuman, even if they are his devotees]. [thus he kills Vali from behind to show going against Hanuman is unpardonable ].

[same Vali becomes Arjuna and sides with Bheema , Sugreeva becomes Karna goes against Bheema] Krishna ignores Karna and takes Arjuna very close.

Those who pray Lord Vishnu without Praying Vayu [hanuman] , God does not give any fruits ,however hard and devotionally one prays ,its of no use . God does not appear before them [like vali] and finishes them off from behind.

If you Pray Hanuman along with Vishnu only then you get your wishes fulfilled like Sugreeva and Arjuna].

Lord’s arrows are nothing but Vayu himself. When Arrows pierce heart of Vali[ Vayu enters his heart] , he gets knowledge , asks forgiveness to lord and Rama offers to give him back his life. But Vali refuses because he does not want to let go the chance of dying in the hands of Rama [which ensures Moksha].

Thus Vaali surrenders all his beloved things to the lords’ feet according to the dictum ” daraan sutaan priyaan ….nivedayet….”

This is what is known as Srikrishnarpanamastu .

karna

Let us come one by one to your points.

first of all Acharya Madhva is incarnation of Hanuman only ,he has not descended from moolroopa of Vayu.

Bhagavdgeeta mentions Duryodhana speaking about karna as from his side to his preceptor and not being present in the army.[he was always accesible to the Kauravas in case bheeshma fell early to take over the reins]

Shalya takes on the mantle as sarathi only when Karna is appointed as Commander in Chief. that was after Bheeshma fell to the arrows of Arjuna.Karna was decisively not on the battlefield as he was addressed as Ardharathi . Bheeshma wanted to save him for the last.

Shalya himself was decietfully taken on Duryodhana’s side, upon that a great warrior like him was made to be charioteer to Karna ,only to psychologically elevate him to equal Arjuna. is there any comparision between Arjuna’s charioteer [Lord Krishna ] and Shalya ,shalya himself was averse to the idea, Karna persisted only out of ego.He deserved discouragement thus.

everyone praised Karna, Karna was incarnation of Soorya [a divine] hence he had some devata like qualities and valour [not equivalent to arjun] ,these were definitely praised [every good man praises whatever little good others have,this is greatness of the good Bheeshma others ,not Karna].But Karna also had the presence of daitya suryavarman ,here all his bad acts are attributed to this demon.

Karna was not the son of Pandu , thus Kingdom cannot be birthright.[just like kingdom was not birthright of Duryodhana ,even after being son of caretaker King Dhrutrashtra].
He was offered world to tempt him towards righteousness, The height of evil is they are intent on doing evil to Arjuna[friendship was his selfish aide].
a duty conscious man [if he was] then his primary duty was towards Lord Krishna ,which he could never think of , but he was prompt in quoting loyalty towards a evil duryodhana .[more than duty he was out to prove his greatness towards Arjun, which chance only Duryodhan could provide and not Krishna ]This is known as kapat in real world terms.

speciality is of Lord Parashurama that he taught these three BHeeshma ,Drona and Karna ,knowing that they would aide Duryodhan in garnering enough guts to wage war against Pandavas. Parashuram is lord all knowing ,yet he himself appointed these as guards for Duryodhan. this increases the emphasis of power fo pandavas.

Pandavas did not cheat Bheeshma Drona, Karna , they were already defeated all put together single handedly by Arjuna in Draupadi swayamvar, Viarat [Agyatvasa] Go samrakshana episode. where was Karna’s valour at that time , when ARjuna defeated him ,what about his Kavach Kunadal then] Arjuna proved outrightly he was great . Karna was only blabbering amassing pity over his birth ,and other misfortunes.
Brave dont lament over their misfortunes. Bheeshma and Drona were killed in a fashion not to attract sin on account of they being preceptors. [everything was done as suggested by Krishna]. Dronacharya had clearly mentioned to Duryodhana , I shall protect you along with my family ,i shall take to weapons even though being a Bramhin ,but know it firmly even I will not be able to save you from BHeema.

Karna was defeted even before Mahabharath war by Bheema , in rajasooya digvijaya. At that time Karna had Kavach Kundala.
He could have killed him with kavach kundal also , but that would amount to insulting donor of kavach kundal. and thus kavach kundal had to be begged ,to keep its honor not greatness of Karna.

Now your other points. [mishaps to karna]
1. God Parashurama gave shapa , God knew he was kshatriya [God knows everything] , thus he taught him, it was foolish of Karna to have thought that he has tricked God , and also he had lied that he was Bramhin, thus he was rightly cursed.

2.Curse of a Bramhin, killing of a cow cannot be accidental , nothing is accidental , his loss of respect towards god , mother ,brothers,father ,friends,everything has rightly come to him as a curse. misfortunes wait to occur for those who are headlong and anti God.misfortunes get avoided for those who respect preceptors,parents ,freinds and others who have done some good.

3.Karna gave daana only to keep up his vrata that he would donate everything asked for till he kills arjuna. [ordinary people do vrata to obtain wishes, Greats perform vrata for Pleasing Vishnu] . He gave away kavach kundala fearing vrata bhanga and subsequently defeat at the hands of Arjuna , not out of bravery or devotion . Kavach kundal were divine present from Sun , they had to be preserved ,Arjunas arrows would have destroyed it anyhow, that would have brougth disgrace to Sun as having given false promise . Thus Surya ’s words were upheld by INDRA. Karna was destined to die for siding with Duryodhana. NO pity for him.

4.A kshatriya wages war with full force ,no matter brother or enemy, Arjuna had more love towards Kauravas,thus refused to wage war, he was sermoned by Krishna to wage a war as duty. Karna even after revealing that Arjuna was younger brother ,could not suppress his jealousy , thus could not promise Kunti that he would leave Arjun. this shows he had no love ,he was fighting for his honor [to prove he was greatest dhanurdhar ,which he was never ,time had proved it again and again]

5.Kunti does not disarm him , she makes an attempt to save him from sin of killing his brothers who were righteous , mother always wants her sons to be on the right path. She asks him to refrain, he bestows her with a boon to spare[ this is karna's ego that he is capable of killing pandavas, thus he offers boon] KUNTI{Krishna} had attempted to save Karna ,Karna felt he was being pampered , a sign of durabhimana.if he was a saint he could have offered to spare Arjuna also ?why only four?

6.Those who have weapons , it is their management to use or misuse ,Karna has used Shakti on Ghatotkacha ,its his mismanagement of resources , what Arjuna has done for it. Pity had he not used shakti ,even ghatotkacha would have finished him[it means obvious] that means Karna without Shakti was no match for Ghatotkacha ,[a small warrior compared to Arjuna] , what this Karna would have fought Arjuna then without Shakti? your own illustration is proving Karna as an unfit warrior.

7.Arjuna had disarmed him totally , and refused to kill Karna, But it was Krishna who insisted to kill him as a punishment because Karna had killed Abhimanyu when he was disarmed.where was Karna’s valor when Abhimanyu was fighting , why he could not have killed him with his weapons on. Karna could not defeat even Abhimanyu with arms, Ghatotkacha by pure skill he had to use boons of INdra to kill them . He ran away from battlefield when Bheema attacked him. Was he a match to Pandavas. A cheat himself had died unworthily there is nothing wrong in it. [he had earned his skills by cheating, he lost it by cheating] You reap what you sow.

now do quote the verses from bharath or bhagavat where you can see karna having listened to Bhagavadgeetha [ and that barbareek].
I am not hurt a bit by your verdict , but amused as I am that the whole text appeared to you as without any source . The above words are of Srimad Poornapragnya teertha and not my imaginations.

prarabdha


Prarabdha cannot be avoided ,one has to undergo prarabdha ,however the end results can be modified by the will of GOD , performing chaturmasa vrata and adhik
masa vrata can change prarabdha

why should something in the sack bother us . everybody is bothered about whether coming future immediate is good or bad , if bad how to escape it . as we come to earth we have already taken a morsel in the hand , so all we are bothering is prarabdha only . Saying God cannot change prarabdha will cause udaseenata . entire Bhagavat speaks about how Lord comes to help of those who are his bhakta . ajameedha , prahlad , draupadi , pandavas , sudama etc all these were saved by Lord while they were in prarabdha only .

Mind Training 1

  • MIND training 1 ! 1>spend atleast one doy in a month to be completely on dhotra shalya with naam mudras .. 2> do not sit on chair or bed .. 3> eat sitting on floor , give chitrahuti and chant krishna mantra before food and naryan ashtaxar after food .. 4> keep 16 tulasi , five for pooja five for our own body .. five for teertha and subsequently use them in food ..while [pranayasvaha etc ] one for taking teertha after food .. [ five on body is two in years , one in nabhi , one on head , one in tuongue and onefor smelling ] ..... 5> after food spend time in reding a purana or smriti .. and tell a story to family members .. 6> if you go to malavisarjana take bath again .. 7> do evening sandhya and pooja .. 8> invite a bramhan acouple and give buttermilk [scented milk ] ,panaka ,kosambri , tamboola and dakshina ... 9> take meals early by 8 pm .. 10> do laya chintana and sleep
